Lublin Conference Centre (LCK), winner of the Meetings Star Award, co-organizes the Fifth Three Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum on the 12th and 13th of March 2025. This international event gathers representatives from 13 Three Seas countries, strategic partners, and associated regions. Initiated in 2018 by Poland’s President Andrzej Duda, the Congress has been held in Lublin since 2021. LCK’s creative team, modern facilities, and focus on innovation help attract major international events and investments, strengthening Lublin’s role as a hub for regional cooperation and economic development.

Lublin Conference Centre, the winner of the Meetings Star Award, is the co-organizer of the Fifth Three Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum, which takes place on the 12th- 13th March 2025.
The Three Seas Initiative Forum of Regions is an international project initiated by the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, in 2018. On 29-30 June 2021, the first Three Seas Local Government Congress and the II Three Seas Initiative Forum of Regions took place in Lublin. Since then, all other editions have been held in Lublin with the help of LCK. Congress has become a regular international economic event bringing together representatives of the government and local government administration, science and business sectors from the 13 member states of the Three Seas Initiative (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Greece), representatives of strategic partners (the European Commission, the United States of America, the Federal Republic of Germany, and Japan) and associated regions from Ukraine and Moldova.
It is not a coincidence that Lublin is the host city for this prestigious meeting. Lublin lies at the crossroads of the East-West and North-South routes, connecting Western Europe with Ukraine and further eastern markets. For years, Lublin has been actively participating in international initiatives, including cross-border cooperation, and is a centre for debates about the future of the region.The
