The 17th EADV Symposium, the first face-to-face event in almost three years, was organised in Ljubljana at the GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, attracting more than 900 participants.
The organisers appreciated that GR lies in the heart of the city and in the immediate vicinity of most hotels. It has its own parking lot and is also accessible by public transport. With the Ljubljana Public Transport Company (LPP), the GR have an arrangement that guarantees all attendees at their events access to free public transportation.
They also appreciated the outdoor space, particularly the fresh and green scenery around the fountain, which allows pleasant relaxation in the summer. To finally reunite and network with colleagues, a networking symposium was placed at the outdoor exhibition space. GR’s network of partners prepared catering using locally farmed ingredients.
